Jessica – founder/head chef
Jessica is an American living in the south of France who started her culinary career 20 years ago – working on private luxury yachts – and who trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
Throughout her career she has catered to celebrities, politicians, international entrepreneurs and the world’s elite.
Jessica chose the south of France as a place to settle not only because of it’s historical relationship to seasonal food but also because of the international community that migrates here, further enhancing the cuisine and depth of flavor within the region.
Jessica started Spicy Fig catering in 2017 and has a great team of chefs and professional service staff who ensure that your special day or elegant evening runs flawlessly.
